Public distribution companies

The project was done for all the public distribution companies in Dominican Republic and includes two stream works:

1. Stream works 1 – Master Distribution Plan: Perform the studies to define the strategy of renovation and expansion in the short, med and long-term to ensure the safety of supply and the quality standards of the service.
2. Stream work 2 – Losses Reduction Study: Analyze since the technical, social and economic view the previous and current programs of losses reduction, asses their capacity to be implemented in a big scale and propose an integral strategy of losses recovery.
